1. Who this agreement is with

Local Signal is a product by Plainwork, a solo-operated software business run by Ksenia. These Terms apply to your use of Local Signal.

2. What you're buying

Local Signal is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access, activated with a personal access code. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. Fair use

To keep the tool fast and reliable for everyone, your account is subject to a daily generation limit (currently 50 generations per day, shared across all six tools). This is intended for normal individual or single-business use.

4. Content you generate

Local Signal generates Google Business Profile posts, Q&A replies, SEO copy, content calendars, and competitor analysis based on the business details you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy.

5. Ownership of generated content

Any content generated for you is yours to use, publish, and edit freely. Plainwork claims no ownership over content you generate.

6. Who can use the product

Local Signal is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. Availability

The product is provided "as is." While every effort is made to keep it running reliably, no uptime guarantee is made.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
